Fantastic Theatre
for a Great Cause

Mixily Presents is the charitable collaboration between tech wizards, theatre lovers, and entertainment professionals who want to support the medium, artists, and audiences they love.

It is innovative theater for a socially-distanced world. In the 1930s and 40s, writers reached new audiences with radio drama. We asked: what is video drama? A few short weeks ago, we released a call for answers to that question, and were overwhelmed by the quality of responses. On Saturday, May 23rd we’re thrilled to host our first round selection: a live-streamed production of Medea, directed by Ricardo Beaird.

With the generous support of backers, all artists are paid. All ticket proceeds will be donated to charity. And we, our artists, and you, get to figure out new theatre for a new time.

MEDEA

The Classics, Reimagined
This Saturday, May 23, 8pm ET

This is a modern, digital retelling of Euripedes' Medea, created by Ricardo Beaird in collaboration with Megan Burns, Daisuke Kawachi & Connor Lane.

What’s happens when you’re promised love, glory, and a kingdom and you arrive home to lies, excuses, and someone in YOUR SPOT?!

MEDEA, that’s what.

Watch Medea, as YouTube beauty guru, film a “Get Ready With Me,” while Jason live IG Stories his wedding, and a chorus of Twitter and Facebook comments keeps you up-to-date on this ongoing trainwreck of a situation.

Come reimagine the ultimate tragic hero seeking revenge through murder, banishment, and one heck of an unboxing video: MEDEA, inflamed by the internet and ready to wreck your Zoom.
